At the end of October, the well-known actor Stanley Tucci was “spotted” walking around the markets of the historic center of Orvieto, engaged in his new project for American TV. The last Hollywood star to be roaming around Umbria

It’s called “Searching for Italy” and it’s the CNN series dedicated to Italian regional cuisine starring the multi-award-winning American actor Stanley Tucci (winner of two Golden Globes and Oscar nominated for Best Supporting Actor for “Amabili Resti”).

On 28 October, the well-known Hollywood star arrived in Orvieto to visit the Duomo and the underground city.
Then, he was entertained among the stalls of the characteristic city market in Piazza del Popolo, to reveal Orvieto’s excellent food and wines. And, finally, a stop at some of the restaurants in the historic center, to taste the typical dishes of the area (WATCH THE VIDEO).
