In today’s ever-changing world it is essential to evolve and bend so that you are able to offer new services to the market.
Even the real estate sector is not immune to this business reality, especially in the difficult economic times that we are experiencing. It is only those who can keep pace with the times and provide more quality services that will be able to survive. It was against this background that the Great Estate & Chesterton Real Estate Group initiated an ambitious project to develop a network of real estate agents throughout Italy. Working on the assumption that “unity is strength” what has emerged from the beginning of the year is an idea called “Agency Network Project”. The intention is to create a network of real estate agents throughout Italy to meet the needs and offer more services to a wider number of clients. Obviously the agencies selected to become part of this network must adhere to certain quality standards and criteria based around the work of the Great Estate & Chesterton Real Estate Group underpinned by fairness and professionalism. As the project has been up and running for some months now we met with Riccardo Luculli, Head of the Network Project, to ask about its progress. Being extremely satisfied with the work done to date he commented:
What Stefano Petri -the CEO- ,has built so far has not been replicated from model university theories or copied from other renowned international groups. It all came from him so my knowledge and learning is based solely on observing how he operates as well as the Group as a whole. I immediately understood the potential of this Great Estate project. It is a project that is obviously evolving with drive that can be adjusted as necessary.
The CEO of the Great Estate & Chesterton Real Estate Group, Stefano Petri, is also satisfied stating:
I’m really proud to ‘lead’ a group that is becoming a point of reference for Real Estate in Italy and abroad. To say that everything is simple would be stupid but now, more than ever, I feel that we are becoming increasingly important
To sum up you could say that with professionalism, hard work and a lot of effort, all projects can be delivered and you can always build something better and react to even the most difficult times.
