The GE Home Staging service: 6 properties, 6 sales

Some really important results the ones reached by Great Estate and its partners who proved the efficiency of the Home Staging service offered by Eletta Home Staging right in the field. As you probably already know, this is one of the many performing services proposed by the Group led by Stefano Petri to its clientele.

During 2019, six were the properties for which a Home Staging service has been made and that have been sold with a 50% shorter timing if compared to other houses of the same typology. Both the price “defense” (less than a 5% discount) and the clients’ satisfaction were great.

Why does the HOME STAGING work? ..At least for three reasons!

1. A staged and valorised property is more attractive, so it has a better image matching with the current market requests.
2. The photo shooting amazes and creates interest into the buyers by increasing so the property positioning on the portals and bringing the users to ask for more information about it.

“Le Scalette Sul Teatro”: sold in three months.

“Il Nido Di Talamone”: staged before being entered into the market and sold within 30 days.

Those data clearly prove that, if a property is staged and valorized before being entered into the market, the timing of the sale will be shorter, and this will allow the owner to maximize his/her investment.
