August, 2rd-9th-30th 2019. Those were the dates of the final deed of sale signing of the following three stunning properties: “Il Colle Degli Arcieri” (in Todi), “Podere San Sebastiano” (in the Trasimeno area) and “Antica Villa Dei Cipressi” (in Città Della Pieve).
Il Colle Degli Arcieri
“Il Colle Degli Arcieri” is a true gem set into the core of the countryside between Acquasparta and Todi. Through the use of prestigious materials and recovered-original elements, this ancient farmhouse located at less than 15 km from Todi has been recently renovated. “Il Colle Degli Arcieri” is surrounded by a green and luxuriant park enriched by a beautiful swimming pool.

Podere San Sebastiano
August, 9th 2019 – “Podere San Sebastiano” sale formalization. The buyers, some Dutch clients, were managed by our Suzanne Van Ravenstein, a GE professional who, in this case, perfectly worked with the vendors’ consultant, Mr. Giacomo Migni, a specialist of the GE partner agency “Le Case Sul Lago”.
“Podere San Sebastiano” presents itself as a traditional Umbrian farmhouse with on-sight stones and bricks. Currently used as a touristic accommodation, this property is located near the ancient hamlet of Panicale, a place known as “the most beautiful natural terrace on the Trasimeno Lake”.

Antica Villa Dei Cipressi
Let’s close our August sales excursus with “Antica Villa Dei Cipressi”. The core of this amazing property is represented by an elegant farmhouse surrounded by an incredible natural park.
It is located near the medieval hamlet of Città Della Pieve and offers a charming view on both Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio.
The new owners of this lovely property are a couple from Moscow: they could realize their dream thanks to the support of the GE consultant Iuliia Sharenko.
