After Caterina Caloni and Marco Venanzi, today we are going to meet a new member of the team led by Stefano Petri, our CEO: Guido Gaiotto.

Welcome, Guido. Would you like to tell us something about yourself?

I am 61 years old and I was born in the province of Treviso, Veneto. Until 2012, I used to live in Chiarano (TV). In that year I moved to Umbria, in Città Della Pieve. This is my wife’s birthplace, as well as where we were always used to escape before when looking for some tranquillity.

If we may ask, why did your family and you decide to move from Veneto to Umbria?

It was a very easy decision to make. After so many years spent far from her place, my wife has often expressed her will to come back. In 2014, she was finally able to obtain the relocation there. Meanwhile, I closed my working position. In this way, we could move.

Which is your personal training?

I attended and graduated at a technical institute.

Would you like to tell us something about your last working experiences?

My career started in 1983 alongside my dad and right into the real estate field. From 1984 to 2004, I had different working experiences in many furniture companies. In the beginning, I worked as a sales engineer. Then, I become a sales network manager. I also dealt with the shops managing of another company with which we used to work with. Talking about the indirect sales network part, I dealt with the supporting and training of the agents. In 2004, I started working as a sales director in the same field, but for another company. In 2012, I moved to Umbria and started working as a business agent. During summer 2019, I started cooperating with Great Estate.

Professionally speaking, when did you first start working into the real estate?

As already said, my first working experience was precisely in this field. Indeed, in 1983, I supported my dad in his profession: he was a real estate broker.

Why did you decide to work in this sector?

Given my career, I have always been in close contact with the real estate. It is also true that my knowledge was “consequently” related to the first-home market.

Let’s talk now about your cooperation with Great Estate, how did you discover the Group?

Very easy! As often happens, it was because of word of mouth: some friends and connections of mine made me discover Great Estate.

Would you like to tell us your first impressions about our CEO, Stefano Petri?

During our first meeting, I had the pleasure to meet and talk to a CEO owing precise ideas and using a very direct way of communicating. In my opinion, those are fundamental features to have. I was very impressed by his project and creation: Great Estate.

On that occasion, Stefano showed me how, nowadays, a real estate agency has to be structured and complex with if willing to satisfy the exigencies of a national and international clientele: a structured working method and great teamwork are two aspects which I have always believed in. So, Stefano gave me a high level of professionalism.

Guido, why did you decide to join the GE team?

I chose so because I saw in Great Estate huge professionalism, as well as the possibility to be part of a team that can and that can allow you to reach important goals as well.

To date, which is your role within the Group?

I am a real estate consultant and I deal with the vendors.

In your opinion, which are the strengths of Great Estate?

Its organization, system and transparency.

What do you think about our “The Best Price” system?

Today, having a so cutting-edge and performing tool is fundamental. It allows you to estimate a property in a very unique and objective way. Moreover, it gives also the possibility to the vendor to understand the professionalism and methodology behind an estimate, as well as the right way to propose his/her property on the market, obtaining so the best results in the minor time possible.

According to you, do you think there could be something to improve within the organization and activities of Great Estate?

Considering the present and future projects of Great Estate, as well as its continuous increase, to date I do not think there is something to improve further.

To conclude so, what do you think about your future in Great Estate?

I see a future of great satisfaction: when you have a so well-structured Group behind you, this can only be the more logical consequence.
