The trend of Great Estate Group is growing, and the turnover of about 680.000 EUR for the first half of 2015 is proving this fact.
The positive annually results are confirming the constant increase of income: from 400,000 EUR in 2009 to about 1 million EUR in 2014 and the forecast for 2015 leads to sales hypothesis of approximately 1.4 million EUR, which in percentage equals + 40%. Data and numbers are really impressive especially taking into consideration the current situation in our country and, even more, on the real estate market.
We asked the CEO of Great Estate Group, Stefano Petri, to explain how they reach these results:
“I believe that our results depend mainly from the implementation of the method that had been already tested and showed great satisfactory results, so we are trying to share it with all agencies that have joined our Group.
Without doubt, our head office does a job of great merit. It is a team of professionals who are performing their experience of communication and marketing on the highest level and market confirms this.
We are really happy and proud of excellent results achieved by our brunches in the areas such asMarche, Sardinia and Via dei Colli in Umbria, which are implementing more and more synergy with our head office.
Also our new project in Piedmont has already yielded good results; any sales have not been done yet in this beautiful region, but there is an amount of potential buyers intended on one or more deals till the end of the year.
The method of Great Estate works and indeed one more confirmation of this is the sale of a villa in the area of Trasimeno Lake done 17-08-2015 by our new partners.
