The partnership between Umbria Domus and Great Estate has increased further: the sale of “Podere Acquaviva”, officially purchased by a US couple on November 18th.

Between Orvieto and Todi, surrounded by the hills, “Podere Acquaviva” stands: an ancient and renovated home.

From the large living room of the main house, enriched by its windows, it is possible to immerse yourself into the charming park directly.

Very well maintained, full of luxuriant vegetation, with about 300 olive pants, a vegetable garden, and many coloured climbing plants which give it a very pleasant touch of life. But this is not all… in the charming English garden, there is also a fountain with water plants, a beautiful lake with fishes and a warmed swimming pool.

All around it… the peace and stillness that characterize this incredible location.

Well, on November 18th, 2019, the GE Network has officially sold this amazing home to a US couple, Mrs. Maria and Mr. Gerry Dunleavy. They decided to permanently move to Italy, into their new home.

The protagonists of this important sale were Federico Bonacorsi – from the GE partner agency Umbria Domus –, the vendors’ consultant, and Roberto Biggera who, instead, managed the buyers through a Property Finder agreement.

The one between Umbria Domus and Great Estate is a years-old-partnership that gave us great satisfaction during the time!

I would like to remind you about the sales done by the GE Network through this cooperation:

the one of “Casale Ameria”, signed in April 2019, “Casa Amelia” in November 2019, and “La Finestra Sul Lago” in the same year.

Who knows if, after the sale of “Podere Acquaviva”, there will be other interesting news… Keep following our magazine.
