Today we are going to tell you about a recent sale made by one of the most important Great Estate Network partners, “Via Dei Colli Immobiliare”: the sale of “Il Casale Dei Ciliegi”.
Located near Umbertide and immersed in an absolute private location, “Il Casale Dei Ciliegi” overlooks the amazing Tevere valley. It is an ancient farmhouse, a typical country home that, probably, has been also part of the Castello Di Serra Partucci. This amazing property is composed of the main farmhouse with large and bright inner spaces, and a beautiful guesthouse. Buildings have been entirely renovated so to preserve all the traditional features of the Umbrian/Tuscan farmhouses. Indeed, the properties present themselves with stone façades, old wooden-beams, joists, and Cotto tiles.
“Il Casale Dei Ciliegi” is surrounded by about 6 ha of land including some fruit trees and a beautiful olive grove of about 300 plants near which a beautiful swimming pool with Roman staircase stands too.
On 12th March, 2020, “Il Casale Dei Ciliegi” has become the new residence of Mess.rs Lee. They purchased it thanks to the cooperation and consultancy of Gregorio Badessi and Stefano Calafà, the professionals from the GE Network partner agency “Via Dei Colli Immobiliare”.
